To apply for a grant of up to £1,000, please follow these steps:
- Read through the funding information and criteria and previously funded groups to decide if Bristol Redistro is a good fit for you
- Complete and submit the application by the deadline
Sharing your application: Our decision-making process involves previously funded groups and current applicants scoring applications and deciding which groups receive money. We will therefore be sharing your applications with these groups. Please let us know if you have any questions about this.
Please contact us as soon as you can if you want to submit your application by voice note, video or over the phone as these will be typed up so they can be shared along with written applications (we will also share a link to your voice note or video but can’t guarantee that everyone taking part in decision-making will be able to access these). We are all volunteers and may not be able to help you when it gets closer to the deadline.
Our aim is to continue fundraising up until the funding day if needed. We’d like to let people know which groups have been short-listed and feel this might encourage more people to donate. If you are short-listed we will check with you if it’s ok to share this publicly.
Successful groups will be sent a grant agreement.

Please contact us if you need any help or advice on completing the application. We want to be as accessible as possible so have a few options. As we are all volunteers, how much we can do will depend on our availability so if you have access needs please get in touch as soon as you can.

- Complete the online application form
- Download and complete an application in Word and email it to info@bristolredistro.net
- Answer the questions over the phone/ zoom/ Whatsapp (call/text 07784 771 272 to arrange this as soon as you can)
- Voice note/ video via WhatsApp on 07784 771 272 or email info@bristolredistro.net (we don’t need professionally filmed and edited videos! Please keep to max 5 minutes and ensure you clearly answer the application questions). See note above on this.
